The sealed rule is `rule.py`, the sample comes from `fetch.py` and `run.py` applies the rule. Only flags and counts are kept, never comment text. Raw flags stay in `~/data/hn-em-dash/items.csv` on the server and can be rebuilt from the public API at https://hacker-news.firebaseio.com/v0/item/<id>.json, because the id draw is seeded.
